TOT game doesnt load auto losing and penalty

this happens too much!!!. Again i get a penalty for losing a ranked match that never even started. NO loading screen nothing. Of course i lost the points too. All the NPC disappeared and I cant leave a b building. i have to restart my game. Can we get compensation for this stuff? only this season its over 15 games now that happen to me. with error sometimes and sometimes randomly without npcs disappearing and like now with NPC disappearing... If your game doesn't work how can you promote a ranked ToT?
