We are currently investigating issues some players are having on the megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.
No visuals during character creation or after I log in
There was no character or landscape visuals while I created my character. no character visuals or ground visuals while in-game either. I can see most NPCs and players at a distance, and some of the structures in the world, but there is no ground or floors. I can see all the way to the bottom of a dungeon.

thats exactly whats happening to me now and i cant think of anything else to do to try and fix it
