Why didn't I get my Alliance War campaign rewards?

I had 3 toons fighting for DC at the 30 days (locked) campaign in Cyrodiil. All 3 score some AP points and finished missions. The PvP event was a problem, I lost may chances to participate because the locked campaign queue was around 1h+ of waiting and I had no time for this. So, I played in other rooms but never changed my home campaign.

At the end of the locked campaign, only ONE of my toons got some reward, not the 3 of them. Could anyone please explain to me how locked PvP campaign reward system works?

Did you reach Tier 1 on that home campaign with the other two characters? It requires 25k AP earned there. You can track your progress in the Campaign menu before it concludes. Tier 2 requires another 25k (50 total), and Tier 3 an additional 50k (100k in total).

(Also, did you actually log in with those other characters? Campaign and leaderboard rewards don’t show up until you log in with the character you earned them on.)

Thanks for you answer. I pretty sure reached T1 and logged in. What I'm not sure, honestly, is if I was able to reach T1 BEFORE the PvP event with all my characters. As I said, after the event started, I was unable to log in the locked campaign because my ESO play time was too late, and the queue was simply impossible to get.

Perhaps my perception of T1 in 2 of my 3 characters were wrong, idk. Anyway, thanks. I'll be more attentive of my toons AP gains in Cyrodiil from now on.
