Can't play cards occasionally in tales of tribute

This is very sporadic, and I am not sure how to reliably reproduce it. Once in a while, when I play a card combo that allows me to knock out an agent and am prompted by the game to do so, the opposing players agents aren't clickable. I have had a similar bug occasionally with drawing cards, selecting free cards, or other actions that require card clicks when prompted by the game. The only option is to end the turn, or to forfeit the game.

I'm playing on a PC with windows 11, and all my drivers are updated.

    Is it when you also have the option to discard a card by any chance? I seem to get a bug where if I have a discard and also have another action like pick up a card, i have to discard a card whether I want to or not in order to get it to progress

    I'm trying to remember the exact circumstances when it happens, since it is such a rare bug. But I think it does crop up when there are two actions being triggered at the same time or one after the other when playing cards. I am wondering if it may be when I am clicking through my cards quickly and click on the next one before the action for the previous one displays, if that makes sense.

    LOL, I am a pretty impatient player and have been known to yell at the npcs to hurry the *!# up when they are playing multiple crow cards and the game is placing the extra draws out at a Very. Leisurely. Pace.

    One reason I haven't played other humans much. I'd be too annoyed by the folks who wait until the last possible second to end their turn.
