Old Reward of the Worthy sets not dropping (battalion defender, spell strategist, etc)

Only the newer sets (dark convergence, plaguebreak, rallying cry, hrothgar chill, etc) are dropping. Not a single piece of the older sets (battalion defender, spell strategist, soldier of anguish, etc) in hundreds of RotW containers.

✭✭✭✭✭I got a piece of battalion defender and battlefield acrobat the other day, but I did go through well over a hundred RftW to get them. The rest were newer sets.
I suspect the drop rates have been modified to favor the newer sets, but even if not, the loot tables are just too crowded imo.
And they haven’t updated the Golden for Midyear since…2018, I think? Spell Strat is on there but not Plaguebreak or DC, for example. Reported last Midyear and again this Midyear as a bug.1
