Frostvault Ability Bar Blanking

During the Stonekeeper fight in Frostvault dungeon there is a bug with the ability bar blanking after returning from the Skeevaton phase. This was replicated by driving around in the skeevaton and not doing the mechanics for the phase while my teammates did to ensure I had no electric charge or was the final interaction that causes the team to leave the phase.
