Are account wide achievements bugged on PlayStation right now?

My main is showing 24,775.. another MUCH lesser played toon is showing 25,000. A couple other lesser played toons are showing around 24,900.

My main's crafting and dungeon bar is higher than the toon that has the 25k points, yet still showing less achievement points.

I know that there are some character only achievements (which I would assume once you get the achievement on one toon, your account has it, even if all toons don't).. but my main should have more than the other toons due to having done tons of stuff in the game.

What's going on here?

The differences are small enough it could be due to character specific achievements. You'll only get the achievement and points for those once you do them on that character.

Oh, okay. So once you get a character specific achievement, only that character gets the points..

I was thinking something along the lines of once you get the achievement, all your characters get the points but only that character has the achievement checked off. And then once you get the achievement on your other toons, you get it checked off but no points.

But hmm. If the character specific achievement is the issue, that's weird.. because my main has all the character specific enchanting achievements and stuff like that that the other toon doesn't but still has less points.

Guess I'll have to go look through the individual points from each section and compare to see where the issue is, I suppose.
