An unknown error has occurred (US edition)

I saw a post earlier explaining the same issue but only slightly different than how I have it. While logging in with my account info after waiting 5-30 minutes I get the normal message that everyone else is getting with this issue which is "An unknown error has occurred" In related threads I have read concerning the issue it seems to be something about a "Virgin Media" on the UK end of things but nothing n regards to North America. Does anyone know the solution? It's a little frustrating if I don't get to pick the character name I wanted which was my whole reason for pre-ordering in the first place..

I dunno - I'm having the same issue but I'm with Brighthouse. I must've been kicked a dozen times now...

doesn't seem to be a fix yet. im on NA server and crash to "Unknown Error" after about 10 min. of requesting login

This is happening all over the world I am in Panama and it is happening to me too!

It also happened during beta, but that WAS beta. Happening as I type.

I am having the same problem, I can't login. Every once in awhile it will let me in fine, then bam back to the problem.

This issue has been going on ever since BETA. They will tell you its your ISPs fault but in reality over 10 different ISPs are having this problem worldwide.

They probably will never fix it seen as they are ignoring us since beta.

This is starting to get ridiculous.
I was having no issues for the last 3-4 betas, fine in live until this past Sunday/Monday, and now if I get kicked from the game it will not let me log in at all (constant 315 and 301 errors).
Sometimes after 30-60 mins of constant login attempts you get lucky, but then it will eventually get stuck at the zoning screen and the issue restarts.

Getting close to the cancel subscription point here, as it is unplayable (so also unpayble)
