Finding guilds and other simple things...

Is there any way to find and join a specific guild in ESO? I mean, it seems as if people have been begging for this very simple thing for ever, and yet... we are ignored in favor of items being continually nerfed.
Then there are other simple quality of game request. How about a champion point system were you can actually easily find the skill you'd like to add points to? Or maybe when you're in a group, and the group leader puts a way point on the screen, EVERYONE in the group can see it.
Simple things like this and probably tons of other ideas would make this game better.
Nerfing things and deleting people's comments in the forums? Yeah... not so much.

OolongSnakeTea✭✭✭✭Yeah other than finding it on ESO official forms, or 3rd party websites like ESO-Database.com, or getting lucky with the RNG in game search results or advertisements from players in public chats- it's hard to find and filter particular needs.

yeah it would be so much better if there was a search for a guild name, like you already know the guild name but cant find the listing because there is no search filter for nameplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
