What are they supposed to do during maintenance?

If you do a search on the forums you can probably find out. IT people have indicated what is done during regular maintenance.

I'm actually surprised that IT would do that. I'm sure if they listed out every last thing they did, there would be people ready, willing and able to jump up and down with criticism.
