Game crash at end of tutorial

everytime i want to end the tutorial the game crash at loading screen

I get this also. I click,"E", to leave The Wailing Prison, start to float up the rift. It goes to the loading screen. It sits there with the Dragons spinning for about a minute, then crashes to the Log-in screen with,"An Unknown Error Has Occurred.

Hey there @Cuzmonaut,

What is the exact point where you are crashing? Is it during the loading screen when escaping the Wailing Prison, or at another point?

If you haven't already, give a shot to repairing the client and let us know if it helps. To do this, close the game and open the launcher. Click on Game Options above the news articles, then select Repair from the drop down.

If that doesn't help, please let us know!

I did crash during the loading screen but I fixed that one myself, although I am still being auto logged out during Loading screens and very often get the "Infinite player log in" thing where its perpetually "requesting Character load"

An age-old question, do you happen to have any add-ons running? If so, does the issue occur when your add-ons are completely disabled?
