Hi all, I'm an xbox player so can't really take part in the PTS. I have read all the patch notes and what I found most surprising was a lack of any changes to the most recent trials
I've not done HM of Rockgrove for instance, but I hear that the DPS required is around 95k? Sorry if I'm mistaken on this value
So if this patch is to close the gap and bring the roof of DPS down to around 100k, isn't this going to restrict more platers? Wouldn't they now need a 95% optional APM in content for HM Rockgrove? Whereas before they would've only needed around 73% optimal APM? (if 130k was the roof people were hitting)
I think that causes major problems for accessibility which is the main objective here. I know that some players might be upset I've suggested nerfs to a trial, personally, I don't want these changes to go through as it devalues your past accomplishments; but I do think this needs to be addressed in a future PTS patch incremental before it becomes live, or that level of content becomes out of reach for a lot of players and a high number of mid/endgamers won't even bother trying to get to that level of optimal APM for a completion.
There will be a lot of progressive teams disbanding/replace players because of this too and I doubt we will be seeing many/if any trifectas of some of the trials.
So can we please get some kind of acknowledgement that this is being addressed, or have I missed it from somewhere else?
