eror 103 (not entilted to access) but pre-order directly from zenimax

Hi All, I purchased the standard edition directly from zenimax which is supposed to mean the 5 day early site, however I'm getting error 103 when trying to log on. If I go to my billing history it only says 3 day start.

What gives?
