Can someone tell me if this is intentional or not, please. People who do not own Blackwood, and only have it via the Free ESO+ Trial, don't seem to be able to pick up the companion quests for Bastian and Mirri. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I believe it is intentional, just how you can't claim eso+ monthly freebie on a trial, saw some mention of this on reddit
