Bug: Stadia - Cannot access Gameworld with Characters travelling to home in Doomchar Plateau

I have two characters. I've sent them from Vvardenfell to my home in the Doomchar Plateau. I get stuck on the loading screen for Doomchar Plateau and then kicked from the game. I've tried logging back in several times but with the same result. The error I get from Stadia is that the game encountered a glitch. My characters cannot get loaded into the gameworld. I'm able to log in and select the character, but the characters can't get into the world. Has anyone encountered this? It's been a problem since Friday, Jul 1. I've logged a ticket with Bethseda: # 220702-007762. Has anyone encountered a similar situation? If so, is there a solve? Thanks!
