The daily quest for TOT doesn't register

So we have 2 dailies, 1 for vs players and 1 vs npcs.
So i'm doing both everyday, and I'm sitting on 11/30 for the npc daily and 21/30 for the pvp daily and im doing both always it just doesn't register half of the times I've done it.
