Couldn't pick up the third signet ring.
Ended up doing a workaround that involved me abandoning the mission, picking the mission up again so I could grab the 3rd ring for my OH. He then left the group, loaded another character, so he could pick up the 3rd ring for me. Then I needed to kill the boss again. Tamriel Life is not supposed to be this complicated, just to hand in a daily.
TLDR, world boss daily bugged, cannot pick up all the signet rings in a proper manner.

✭i won't bother with this pos boss again, too many arbitrary mechanics and he likes to randomly reset after the last pass for some reason.
