Druids Outfits - Chest piece not rendering

Both Druid Ryvana in the quest Knights and Knaves, and the job broker Druid Peeska have empty black space instead of their chest pieces. This is both from a distance and in the frame when you talk to them. Both appear to be wearing the same outfit, so it looks like something with that outfit?

✭I get a shiny black, rather than the plain “not rendered” situation, as if the diffuse was missing, but specular was not. Hard to tell if normal map was showing. And it seemed to be only some NPCs affected, although that could be similar, but not identical, meshes.0
