Where is it?

The other day I took a brief look in the Crown Store at new items. I saw a couple of items I liked but due to other constraints just made a mental note, planning to get back later and decide if I truly wanted them. One item looked like a ladder laid down horizontally and had green herbs and plants hanging from it. I can't find it know. Does anyone know what I'm trying to describe and where I might be able to find it again?

You can find the plan to craft one in-game, or at a guild trader.

As for where you saw it the other day... I have no clue, unless it was somewhere under the Housing Editor Purchase tab.

Yes, it can be found under the Housing Editor Purchase tab (need to be inside one of your houses to access)

They really need to add a furnishings store that you can browse through while waiting for things to spawn. Only being able to browse when you are decorating means that I never actually know what's available.

Yeah it's pretty curious that they lock out part of the crown store unless you are actually in an owned home. One would think they would want to maximize profits.... but it is what it is.
