High Isle dailies - reward furniture ?

In previous zones the dailies may reward Motifs and various furniture plans/blueprints, etc for that particular zone. So far, after quite a few dailies I have not received any furniture from daily reward boxes. World boss daily has a chance at a Motif, the vents and delves have not rewarded anything related to housing for me.
Is it just my bad luck?
Looting/stealing from various containers has been okay for new green items and a rare new blue but was hoping for a chance in a daily reward box.
ToT NPC daily rewards from victory boxes have a very low chance of a furniture plan/blueprint but even then it is more often an old style, not High isle.
