Can't pick-up last quest item - Fargrave Daily World Boss Quest & Dungeon Quest in High Isle

Hi, yesterday i couldn't pick up the last quest item from the fargrave daily worldboss quest and the last item of a dungeon quest in High Isle.
So wasted time doing quests or is there a workaround? My groupmember cant pick em up either. I relogged, but this bug still exists.
