Incorrect Group Health Bars

Player health bars were inaccurate on 4 separate occasions tonight. Multiple players reported their current health would not go above a certain threshold. Sometimes they wouldn't go above 90% and sometimes 59% or 75%.
Here's an example.
This player's health would not go above 23994 no matter how many heals they got. They would drop to 20k or 15k and then heal back up to 23994. Never above that value. This same player reported that their health was capped at 90% but on my game client it showed 64%.
I restarted my game client and the issue happened again with the same player in the next Battlegrounds 5 minutes later.
There is definitely a bug here.

✭✭✭Also, I can confirm this has nothing to do with the unit health bar addon I'm using (LUI Extended).
It's a bug in the ESO Lua API reporting incorrect current health.PC NA0 -

✭✭✭✭✭ive seen this type of thing happen even with "base game" health bars
sometimes my hp gets stuck randomly at like 75%, but this appears to only be a visual issue because when i just let myself take dmg, ill sometimes drop to 0 visually, but still not be dead because i still have like 20% hp left at that point, usually if i heal up at that point the health bar starts to correct itself, and usually corrects itself on death tooplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
