Twitch Double Drops, can we gift the codes to people if we already own the Collectable?

I own the 2 of the collectables, I have the code in my email, can I give it away to someone ?

I am wondering about this as well. The drop schedule confused me, because why would I watch during the first two sets of dates if I'd have to "re-earn" those drops during the third period before I could earn the mount. I hoped I'd get crown gems or crates instead of the cat and the costume I already claimed.
