Mundus stone was not applied to old armory builds and loading old builds wipes mundus

As stated in patch notes:
All my old builds on all character say Mundus: None and loading them wipes current boon. Meaning, I have to redo all of the builds on all of the characters. A huge waste of time.
Mundus Stones in Armory
Mundus Stones have been added to the Armory system! Each Armory build will now save your current Mundus Stone and loading that build will grant you that Mundus Stone boon. The preview screen for each build slot will also display the Mundus Stone saved for that build.
To aid in the transition to this new feature, when your character first logs into the game, whatever Mundus Stone you currently have will be automatically applied to all of your builds. You can still manually update any particular build later by loading that build, obtaining the desired Mundus Stone, then saving the build.
And yes, the system supports builds that use the Twice-Born Star item set.
