Blank ToT Board- Lose rank & gain penalty

Twice now, I've got a blank board while playing ToT (no cards, no patrons). First time I waited it out (not long) and the other person left. Just now, I decided to leave and lost rank and can't queue again for another 10 minutes for "deserting". Hope this gets fixed.
