Can't get Ember rapport from Thieves Guild Heist daily quests

I have been unable to get Ember's rapport from Thieves Guild Heist daily quests for 2 consecutive days, while the Mages guild dailies and the High Isle dailies have no problems at all. This is weird because 2 days ago everything was normal. Please help me.

it is probably bugged right now and you only get the rapport for failing the heist timer

I am trying to get the Hew's Bane sticker book filled out and the only way to get some of the drops is from the daily heist. And it drops 1 of 72 choices, even then. I was looking forward to combining my Ember rapport with these heist, but now I have to choose getting Ember rapport with a sub-par time on the heist or getting a chance at a Hew's Bane drop that can only come from finishing within the time frame. I can't get both. I really hope this is an oversite and they will fix it in an upcoming patch.

I dont fully understand but everywhere is written that you can earn rapport only if you complete heist without bonus. And only bonus is complete heist in time.

So screw it up to run out time or just wait before entrance to run up the time. If you want achievement or professional purple reward do it on time and say goodbye to rapport. Ember have three options to get rapport (mages guild, delvas high isle daily and screwed heist) so i dont see a problem in heist without bonus.
I got 5500 rapport just doing all of this and heist one day perfect heist next day screwed and again.

Wife get rare loot even on blue reward several times.

And about motifs i am ok when it is get only when you make perfect heist.

one advantage of having 2 toons capable of doing heists

my main is the one who was working rapport (a tank in heavy armor and rarely passes timer on heist anyway), and i have an alt toon spec'd for stealth/speed and can finish a heist in 2 min well within the timer

thankfully im fully done collecting hews bane gear but i still run the heists for the motifs and gear to sell

I came to report this issue, thank you for pointing out I needed to fail to completely succeed if I wanted to get credit... I guess it's the "Am I in trouble?" comment makes more sense now... getting away clean means not getting into trouble...
