High Isle Quest Rewards Missing Champion Point (CP) Value

BLUF: Some quest rewards in High Isle are missing a CP value.
I noticed in chat somebody saying their quest rewards were lacking a CP value. I just ran into this issue myself. I completed a quest (An Experiment with Peace) and the reward (Steadfast Healer's Gloves (Invigorating Trait)) had no CP value. It was only a level 50 item. Please refer to attached image.

ibrac_ESO✭✭I experienced this with two items this morning. Shepard's Blade level 50 and no CP value was the first one.1 -
ibrac_ESO✭✭I've now had five quests over the weekend give level 50, no CP value items. At this point I'm playing an alt character that is not level 50 just to avoid this bug. I'm surprised how few people are reporting this given I've seen it so man times in just the last two days.1

I'm surprised as well. I mean it could that the CP value is there, just not being displayed for some reason.0
