Why Aren't My Hirelings Sending Mail?!

More than 24 hours ago, I put skill points into my third character so that she could receive mail from all of her new hirelings. She's not getting that mail. Why? Do all three levels have to be filled for each hireling in order for them to send goods? I have 2/3 in all of them. Or is this yet another bug?

I fill 3/3 regardless even if you only collect once per day, it just means I don't have to wait for the overlap of slowly incremental time being added logging in after the 24 hours have passed. With 3/3, it can be the exact time every day or earlier to collect, depending on the server and the loading screen with each character.

You're not seeing the false mailbox full bug are you? It has been affecting as lot of players lately though it has been a bug for years.

If it is the first time you allocate or if you did a total reset of skillpoints it can take more than 24h for it to activate. Maybe you have to wait 48h. In my experience

If you're using the armory system make sure the spec you're running has hireling in it. If not switch to a spec in the armory that does have hireling unlocked and you should get your mail.
