Perma-Heavy Attack Bug (videos)

As of last patch, there seems to be a bug that happens when jumping/falling where you come out stuck in a heavy attack animation. You continue to heavy attack endlessly until you bash or dodge roll again. This is a huge issue that needs to be addressed ASAP, as it is completely destroying the flow of combat.

This same issue is also present when barswapping during dodge rolls after casting abilities - I'm not sure the exact order of actions that causes it, but I know that the last action is to press barswap mid roll, which results in you exiting the roll and beginning to channel heavy attacks just like in the clip above. I have confirmed with mouse & keyboard users on PC NA that this issue is not specifically tied to controller/gamepad.

Can confirm, happens to me from time to time. Only spamming few LAs/bash/dodge fixes it.

I also noticed other animation issues - character standing still during rotation just to rapid-fire all queued skills and LAs after few seconds, but it may be just lag/ping issue, not sure.

This happens all the time now it seems if I do an ability + light attack and then quickly swap bars. After the bar swap I'm permanently & repeatedly heavy attacking until I click my mouse button to simulate a light attack. In the meantime I can't hit any of the abilities on my back bar because of the permanent, repeated heavy attacking.

Can confirm this also happens when in werewolf form.
I had it several times and my son also.
