ESO Plus for PC NA/EU the same?

ESO Plus for PC/MAC works across EU and NA servers, right? On my account page, it says I have 29 days left (I monthly sub for now). I logged into PC/NA yesterday and did have ESO Plus active. When I signed into PC EU today, it doesn't show that I have ESO Plus.
Is anyone else experiencing this or is it working as intended?

✭✭My ESO+ works fine across both NA & EU on PC. Might be a bug. See if you have access to your Craft Bag, then you'll know for sureAltoholic, Frost Warden Sympathizer and Main

Thanks! I will submit a bug ticket. My craft bag is available but my eso plus isn't showing. My new materials are also not going in there.
