Plea to ZOS about companions in the way

@ZOS_GinaBruno Can we please get some sort of toggle off companion interaction in the UI or the ability to change the keybind for talking to companions? They are constantly in the way of picking things up. Pretty please? I like them and all, but they are forever in the way <3.

Have you read the patch notes? They are making it so you have to aim directly on them to interact, not just vaguely around them.

That's great! But mine always seem to run directly in front of me at the last second XD.

Hah they do love to do that! They love attention I suppose. Here's the relevant bit from PTS patch notes (releasing tomorrow) :

"The Companion interaction prompt will now only occur when the target reticle is placed directly over the Companion, reducing the frequency of the prompt appearing unintentionally."

Lately I have seen my companions run to a spot behind me after the end of combat. Nicely done I would like to say.

It takes a couple of seconds but it does happen.

    So looting is easier.

I have also reduced my mouse rotation settings to be able to target those occasional drops that require a bit more finesse.

While that is fantastic, I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for the 100% no accidental interaction options

This sounds much better. Anyone try it on pts?
