Well I started playing ESO again a few days ago or more, and performance is sure better.

At least that is what it feels like really, loading times are almost instant, account wide achievements are very nice, in unlocking a bunch of pvp related dyes which are so great.
I do think there was a lot of gains it feels like and fps does feel a lot better or I could be imagining that or wrong about that not sure.
Game feels more responsive to me personally.

I came back in January after having been gone for close to two years and I felt the same way. It's human nature to complain about what doesn't work well when it doesn't and that's what gets highlighted, but the performance improvements in the past couple of years at least in the PvE part of the game are very noticeable.

Plus the huge amount of QoL improvements which makes the game so much more enjoyable.

Ah, and have a look at the armory - you find it for free in the crown store - that is a huge improvement for quick build changes. If you need that feature mobile, you can as well buy an armory assistant.

NA i assume, I recently came back and the performance/lag is the same if not worse EU.

Yes, NA is my primary platform.

I had to move to NA server, EU was giving me much too frequently "booted from server" errors - like every few minutes, whereas the NA server is stable and runs well enough to stay online for many hours. Actually I had no disconnect from server on NA yet.

Performance is so bad atm on PSN we could jump off keep walls last night and slow fall to the ground, every two steps we would freeze.

The other day my character had a seizure then I got logged out for "too many chat commands inputted" or some nonsense. It was great

All this money dumped into this update, marketing, voice actors, etc...shoulda just hired more competent employees to help fix this mess. I haven't seen it this bad, unplayable, in awhile.
