Please, restore the order! I made an escape through the door, well outside and away from the firm grasp of the law I used an edict, bounty cleared, went back inside to do my banking/thieving, and was met by a rogue guard who proceeded to KILL me even though my bounty was cleared! They didn't take my stolen items, just my poor life :'( Anyway, that's pretty unacceptable behaviour for an NPC who is supposed to drop aggro on players who clear their bounty.
