Bastian doesn't care if you kill bandits in Grahtwood. PS NA

I do not think I have ever gained a rapport boost from Bastian for killing a bandit in Grahtwood. My rapport isn't always maxed and I know about the cool down for rapport boost from killing bandits with Bastian.
