    But as for as brightness, on some overintelligent platforms (Win) you have permanent problems with brightness settings.
    For example you enter your house and everything is OK but after 30 seconds it starts to dimm and after couple of minutes everything is pretty dark, so you have to reenter the building to see everything correctly for the next 30 seconds.

    You can change every setting you can, in game, on computer, on graphic controllers, on monitor but the only thing which would fix it permanently is a hammer.

    I remember stone age games from the last century which have way better brightness sensitivity then ESO (which is owned by Microsoft) runned on Win platform (which owned by MIcrosoft as well so one would expect it should be compatible).
