A lot of people would be grateful for a quest that let you free Finedrin form Rawl'kha stocks. Do the quest once and never hear that voice line again.

    He's been in those stocks for 8 years now. I think he's learned his lesson. I'd do a quest to free him.

    I think he likes it there. When you try talking to him he complains about you blocking his view.

    But make the end of the quest him committing the exact same crime and then put back in the stocks anyway. :D

    ESOs timeline has never moved outside of the year 582 as far as I’m aware of. So, from a lore perspective, he probably hasn’t been there very long at all.

    We have had to listen to it for 8 years so far. We should be freed from these virtual stocks.

    I'm more concerned about the Redguard in the Evermore stocks. All he did was point out the Imperials were invading Bangkorai, and even after you completely drive the Imperials out and save King Emeric from being kidnapped into the afterlife he's STILL there being punished for telling 100% factual statements.

    While we're at it, could we also please have a quest to help Pelaltor in Alinor find something for his sweet tooth? Or let us befriend Shisuri and get her recipe for sweet rolls. Something, anything. I find Pelaltor one of the most irritating NPCs in ESO and I would pay not to hear his breathless hassling of this gentle Khajiit again.

    I think he should be freed and then re-caught.
    Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
    Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
    Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    He seems to enjoy it though - the verdict is valid until "proper repentance" - so if he would sincerely regret, he could be free.

    A quest to free Finedrin would be cool, but what I want is a quest to retake or free Bleakrock Village. I really liked that town.
