So I bought the expansion but the store is offering me high isle dlc?

I'm confused, I thought that by buying the high isle expansion, i got everything included, so if i own everything, why am i being offered a package in the store?

You mean the in-game store pop-up that advertises High Isle, or the website store? I think the former is just an advert that appears regardless of whether you bought the expansion or not.

What exactly are you referring to? I'm pretty sure whatever it is, it's just an ad that you can safely ignore.
If you have obtained all the other preorder things it's safe to assume you got High Isle. Do keep in mind that you might need to close the game and relog for these things to be properly applied to your account.

Yep, that is also an ad with an overview for the different options that are available. If you only bought the regular edition for example it would still be relevant to know what is included in the collectors edition etc. And some things haven't been added to the game yet, so there you will be able to see what else you are still getting upon launch, even if you've already bought it.
