Reusable enchantments

Why not make the enchantments used for items recoverable and reusable? For supports it often happens that you have to change enchantment to items, it would be convenient to be able to remove them and use them later.

No. That would destroy the whole point of runestones, if they can be reused, why ever craft more?

If you need a slightly different build, just make a slightly different build. You can bring a second item of the same set in your inventory, only with a different enchantment, then you can just put that on.

Enchanting is already the cheapest activity that you need to do with your gear.

Prismatic runes, mundane runes and kuta are the only reasons to farm Enchanting.

If anything ZOS give me something to do with green and blue enchantment pieces. With Ta I can at least do daily crafting. The worst pieces of gear I enchant get epic.

Are you newish to the game or to crafting? I can understand a newer player might feel this way to begin with, but honestly, it's totally out of site and out of mind for me. If you are new, it will definitely get easier. If you aren't....I don't know mate....[snip]

My craft bag with already 1k Kuta sitting in it says no, it's already hard enough to get rid of them when I "try" to lol.....

I'm not a new player and I have two master crafter characters. But this is not the point. If you disagree with my opinion, simply say "no". But flame me is not fair. You have a different respectable opinion, just so.

You're contradicting yourself: enchantments are cheap ... but Prismatic runes are not. Too bad that some enchantments are done precisely with the Prismatic runes ...

Glyph of Prismatic Onslaught, Glyph of Prismatic Defense, etc..
These enchantments are mainly used by supports. They are not cheap at all.

There's almost no value in prismatic onslaught anymore,for anyone. I would just decide which single stat absorb enchantment worked best for the build in question.
Prismatic defense is mostly used by tanks and in pvp, but once it's on its uncommon to replace it.
Yes, these are expensive enough that your request is a bit more understandable.

Imperial City and the sewers are already pretty much deserted, one effect of making enchantments reusable could be Hakeijo would be less needed, thus finally killing any need to go there.

However at this present time because IC is so deserted, farming Tel Var to get your own Hakeijo is a very viable option, just the other night I did exactly that in the sewers nearest my base...... didn't even see a friendly player let alone an enemy!

So aside from Hakeijo all the other enchanting rune stones are really easy to farm or cheap to buy, for me I see no need for reusable enchantments and think there are probably many more QoL improvements ZoS could be spending their time on. 😀

Sorry, if someone has the opinion "DK's should have half their powers removed because that class shouldn't exist, and the game should only run on Nividia hardware", I'm not going to "respect" it. But I won't go off on them in a rude & against-the-TOS manner.

Which I suspect is what the TOS really means - there's no way they can legislate how you think about someone's opinion in your own head. (which is what I meant by "opinions don't need to be automatically respected") Just how you talk about it on the forum.

And it seems clear by design they are intended to be rarer. That very small selection from my he enchanting is intended to be less common and is not a justification to make it so we can remove the enchant from gear. At that, we can all farm to get them.
