Since I don't know who any of these actors are or what they bring to the table, I will rely on ESO's professional casting director to hire the actor who best meets their vision for the character.

Me too, I don't know any of those names so I can hardly vote. Beside, I generally don't care much about voices (all games, not specific to ESO). When I hear dialogs, I will notice a voice only if I find it unpleasant. That's rare.

I believe the option: "Doesn't matter to me" should be available, because it's also an interesting information - at least to me it is - the proportion of players caring about this.

Outside of Wulf in Morrowind, do the Divines actually speak directly to mortals ever?

If such a momentous event actually occurred in ESO, I don't think it should be an established ESO actor who provides the voice. My first choice would be Tom Baker.

    Favorite Foods and Potions
    https://media.giphy.com/media/3otPoTggaYFNd1FdAI/giphy.gif
    • Parse Food for PvE:(DPS) Ghastly Eye Bowl (increases Max Magicka by 4592 and Magicka Recovery by 459 for 2 hours).
    • Gold/Purple Food for Sorc PvP and Meme Tanking:(PvP) Clockwork Citrus Filet (increases Max Health by 3326, Health Recovery by 406 [useful if stage 1 vampire], Max Magicka by 3080, and Magicka Recovery by 338 for 2 hours). Witchmother's Potent Brew (Increase Max Magicka by 2856, Max Health by 3094, and Magicka Recovery by 315 for 2 hours.
    • Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
    • Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).

I'd vote Tim Curry. I believe he still does voice acting and would definitely be... unique.

If not, Clancy Brown comes to mind. In addition to his acting he's also done a ton of voice acting (besides Mr. Krabs) for games and animated series.

I would say bring back Patrick Stewart, since he already did one of Akatosh’s bloodline.

This would be the best one as the name "AKATOSH" was taken from a Bethesda Forum Beta player who's forum name was
"Also Known As The Old Smaug Himself".

But the Divines, and all Aedra, gave up their immortality to create the Mundas and became the a part of the world and doing so lost their ability to interact with the mortals of Nirn.

There are many different versions of "afterlife" in TES lore, and in none do any Divines interact with players.
Examples: Nords will go to Sovngard, some souls will get trapped in The Soul Cairn, Argonions return to the Hist, etc.

TLDR: The Divine don't speak or interact with those of Nirn, only their Priest speak for them.

Three uncorroborated stories emanating the same dubious source - Lalatia Varian.
Not simply an unreliable narrator, but one the devs seem to given a name that actually suggests she's a liar.

    "Lalatia" sounds like...

"lalia": a combining form used in the formation of nouns denoting abnormal or disordered forms of speech, as specified by the initial element: echolalia; glossolalia.

    also "lala land".

To be fair, all three of these never confirmed anything and they are all "revealed" to be aspects of the divine by one and the same person, Lalatia Varian, who might simply be interpreting too much into it all and even then she isn't speaking with certainty either.
These seem to be the only instances of that happening in the post-Morrowind series too, so I'd attribute that to the unreliable narrator Lalatia Varian. Generally we only interact with the divines through their priests, artifacts and associated magic.

The best examples I could find are Tsun in Sovngarde who is supposed to be the Nord version of Zenithar, but Skyrim messed up the whole pantheon anyway by making Alduin "Akatosh's first born" rather than Akatosh himself, so who knows if that even counts. We didn't meet Shor in Sovngarde either after all, although that might be due to the Last Dragonborn being a Shezzarine.
The other is "the Keeper" in the Far Shores in ESO, who may or may not be a divine or an aspect of one considering we've entered another afterlife there. It's entirely possible the Keeper is just a special mortal though, like Gelebor being Auri-El's chosen.

Eitherway I am not sure we need a voice actor for a divine considering how they've been handled up until now but if we do, then I'd go for Alduin's voice actor for maximum ambiguity.
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.
