Recommendation to change the Piercing Cold Passive for Wardens

So in recent Patches, Zos has been handing Warden a Lot of Bleed Damage. First Cutting Dive and Growing Swarm, but now with High Isle, Wild Guardian dealing bleed damage and getting easy access to Hemorrhage.

So I would suggest a change in the Piercing Cold Passive, personally I though it was weird that Warden got both Frost and Magic damage buffs but nothing for Stam, so if we changed it to Frost and Bleed Damage, that would fit better with the focus on Bleed.

This would negatively impact Magden but they could change the Mag Morphs to Frost Damage to compensate, but yeah that's might thoughts there. Then Warden gets its Frost stuff and bumps it's Bleed Damage, everyone wins.
