Glitching Whirlpool Portal in friends Seaveil Home

I do not know if anyone else has experienced this, but when I enter my one friend's Seaveil Home and go to where the whirlpool is supposed to be located I cannot see it. I can swim out to the location it is supposed to be in, and still get the option to use it, but I cannot see it. I have relogged, and restarted ESO and still the problem persisted. Oddly, I can go to the preview of the same home and can see the whirlpool there, just not in this friends home. Everyone else that was present at the time saw the whirlpool, but not me.
