Load times still too long, lag freezes and bar swap issues

It's not even a busy time and they are still too long if you are sitting there wondering if you will time out because a few minutes have passed. I don't think it's event related during non peak times like noon to 4pm east coast. Also, my latency seems consistently higher than it was and I have a lot of freeze moment in the game. Like A LOT. And bar swaps don't always register as well as sometimes needing me try more times to get it to swap.

Are other people having these issues? Sure, it might not be as horrifyingly bad as it was, but it's bordering on tedious when the lag causes time stops and bar swapping issues.

Yes. Tons. Zoning into a random dungeon to arrive much later than everyone else is...annoying. My latency looks fine...I have disabled addons....all to no avail....

I think I have decided that load in times are RNG and its a new mini-game.
