The Serpent and Hara simply disappeared. with quest still telling to me to stop the Serpent. They wont respawn. I have tried rsttingui, mappng out and going back in.
Adnadoing quest will suck because quest give spawns in a delve it takes too long oo navigate.

Ramei✭✭I abandoned the quest and tried again but it still could not be completed because after first two rounds of lamia there are no more and the serpent wont come down. Trying to hit the green gasss doesnt do anything but weaken the NPC wo dontt know enough to run out of it.
