Permanent TOS acceptance requirement on log

Hello.
I'm sorry if the problem has already been submitted or if it shouldn't be discussed here, it's not even an ingame bug, but I have had this problem, well, for as long as I play TESO, and I've been able to solve it only once (until an update release brought it back).
There's the problem : I have to scroll and check the Zenimax TOS *every time* I launch TESO. It's really, really annoying. I've accepted the Terms of Service, I agree with how the game works legally speaking, I'm ok with the fact that I'm expected to respect Zenimax rules while using TESO, and I'm really annoyed and I don't want to check the acceptance box all the time. It would be so much more acceptable if I, say, had to accept the TOS once after the new update is released, then never after that (unless of course a new update is released or TOS have changed).
Now, I have a solution, but I don't know how to use it. In the UserSettings text file, there's a precise line dedicated to TOS acceptance, with a figure (in my case, 3) next to it, right under the Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy lines. I could change the figure to skip the TOS acceptance requirement, but I don't know which number I should put instead and I don't want to break my game x)
Does anyone has an aswer to me please ? Thanks a lot !
