MORROWIND DLC NOW FREE FOR ALL ESO PLAYERS

I try to buy the base game ONLY sadly it's impossible. All base game we can buy already bring Morrowind (IT'S 100% IMPOSSIBLE buy the game without this one).
But now.... ZoS offer him...again!? Help me understand please!

Yeah I don't understand that either, since Summerset Morrowind is part of the base game, so the only ones affected by that could be those, that have no ESO Plus and bought the game pre Morrowind and never bought Morrowind itself or Summerset now that I think about it, I am pretty sure if you bought Summerset you got Morrowind for free.

As far as i know... Morrowind is part of base game now. So, even the very very very old acounts with ONLY base game, will have acess to morrowind when the Download the game. So i realy dont get it!
