Working on getting Belharza's Band for a light attack Werewolf build. It's the last lead I need to finish it, tried all day long... nothing. I saw a few posts saying it may be bugged from February.
Has anyone seen it drop recently in Black Drake Villa? I know RNG blah blah, but I don't won't to be wasting my time if it's a known lead bug.
