This has probably been asked and probably answered somewhere, but I've googled for 30 minutes and all I can see about this is questions asking if it was in game yet from January and people saying it will be soon. The tool tip says it is in game from Deadlands portals, but is this true? I cant find it anywhere from drops or guildstores.

I have seen some people hoping that it will be released either next month or in June, which hopefully will be the case.Still hoping that one day hair dyeing will be an option. We know it's canon in universe already thanks to a book in the Manor of Masques! (House of Reveries: The Troupe)
