It makes me happy anytime I see it, never gets old anytime I see it after playing for 2 years, was looking forward to this event to finally have it... But no, not this year.

According to the that info found in the news information on the festival, more items for the Jester Festival are coming into the crown store midway during the event. The personality might be in the store then.1 -
