RoseTheSnowElf✭✭✭Idk if it's normal or intended, but yeah, I've seen this dog before. I believe it's in Glenumbra(???). I remember when I was doing the zone story there coming across him, and watching him and wondering if it's a glitch.
He's an NPC pet.
Intended or not, I think it's neat.
