lagg reverted : pvp free of lag in BG at least - PVE overland its bad very bad

So i just did 6 match of BG in a row with no lag at all, as soon as i am out of those, lagg is happening

Just to inform better, i am barely having lag, even in cyrodill. I never had to complain.
But today, even crafting at a station make the first crafting very lagging and then its smoother again.
Running give the feeling that you accumulate too much graphics and suddenly you have to stop and start again

TEST done : remove all addons - no change
remove in camera settings the first option concerning the field of view allowed to change when running - a little better but still giving the feeling of graphics accumulations

I always played in MAX graphics. Today even downgrading in ULTRA give just a slight less lag.

    This is something interesting I’ve noticed in previous patches. PvP performance is usually much better than usual on launch week. However, this always coincides with lower Cyrodiil populations than usual. Usually it takes a few weeks for PvP to return to its normal populations after a DLC launch, and with normal populations comes normal lag.

    Maybe same as you meant, but your title says PvE, which includes dungeons and trials.
    My guess is overland has a lot more people than usual, and the server is busier merging all those achievements, which doesn't impact instanced content that runs in some separate space.

    But yes, I have overland lag too. I did not have it when I first logged in about half an hour after the servers returned, so I'm pretty sure it's a load issue not inherent to the patch.

    Great FPS drop in overland (25-50) and MASSIVE ping spikes in the new dungeons. Shipwright's Regret it's kinda playable but far from the ideal — Blazing Shards that's an already super slow skill to cast takes around 2-5s longer to be cast — and Coral Aerie is unplayable with a minimum of 500 ping spiking to 999+ in every combat (walking from a trash-pack to another is perfectly fine).

    I do understand that whenever something new is out we have a large portion of players logged, but instanced content? It shouldn't be this bad! The feeling I have is that every new patch is only (really) tested by YouTubers and alike and US players with regularly low latency that wouldn't be affected even with an extra 100ms.
